The New Hampshire Outdoor Learning Center is dedicated to helping you become the best you can be on the water and in the field. This mission drives all of our advanced outdoor education programs.
With over 3 years in development, we have created and bundled specific workshops and classes tailored to your areas of interest. Now, we offer intense certification packages that will not only challenge you but also give you the expertise and recognition you seek as a serious outdoor enthusiast.
Much like the highly regarded Certified Master Outdoorsman Program, you will:
- Participate in deep-dive classroom knowledge training taught by active, licensed Maine and New Hampshire guides, biologists, and subject matter experts.
- Engage in hands-on fieldwork to apply what you’ve learned.
- Each class includes a written exam that will further enhance your learning experience and solidify your newfound knowledge.
After successfully completing all the classes and written exams, you’ll take a final written exam covering all material, followed by an oral board exam administered by the Board of Certified Master Outdoorsmen.
Warning: These programs are not easy and require an above-average level of commitment to outdoor skills enhancement. They are specifically designed to make you an expert in your field.
