Wild Edible Mushrooms - Our most popular class. Offered in September and October each year.

Join us for a day in the classroom, field, and the kitchen with our professor of Mycology learning to identify up to 20 choice edible mushrooms. Many of these mushrooms have no poisonous or toxic look-alikes.  This class is designed to give you the confidence you need to forage safely and enjoy a feast that can only be found in the wild.
