Description

Spend enough time in the great outdoors and you will likely encounter one or more medical emergencies.  The outcome of these situations may be directly related to your knowledge and skills in remote setting first aid.  The New Hampshire Outdoor Learning Center has contracted with SOLO School of Wilderness Medicine for their comprehensive 2 day WFA certification.  SOLO is considered the gold standard in backcountry emergency care training and offers its classes worldwide.  Throughout this two day class you will learn how to handle injuries and even recognize the signs of pending emergencies along with developing the skills necessary to quickly respond with the proper treatment.  Your confidence will grow when you gain the knowledge and expertise to handle life’s unexpected surprises.  At the end of day two, our instructor will provide a written test and upon passing you will receive your certification card.
