Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our products—digital educational courses—all refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • You have not accessed or completed the course.
  • The course was cancelled or postponed due to cercumstances.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Downloadable digital products (unless there is a technical issue preventing access).
  • Gift cards or promotional discounts.
  • Courses that have been accessed or substantially completed.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at steve@nhoutdoorlearning.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial within 5-7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Gifts & Promotional Purchases

If a course was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Promotional or discounted courses are non-refundable.
