Nationally known Wild Cheff Denny Corriveau has joined the instructor staff of the NH Outdoor Learning Center. Cheff Corriveau is a accomplished writer for multiple outdoor magazines and newspapers and has been featured on the Outdoor Channel, Discovery Channel, and Sportsmen’s Channel with wild game preparation tips and techniques. Denny has 25+ years of experience in teaching and writing about advanced wild game preparation, cooking, and recipe design, and cooks annually for Tom Brady and several of the New England Patriots at their privately held events. He is the founder of the Free Range Culinary Institute and trains chefs for sporting lodges and restaurants nationwide.

Cheff Corriveau will hold his first NHOLC class here on Sept 13th!  This all day class will include a solid foundation in preparing and cooking fish, game birds (ducks, pheasant, grouse), and big game animals with lots of samples, recipes, and tips to make your harvest the most amazing table fare.  Come meet Cheff Corriveau in person.  Cost is $145. As with all of our classes, we limit the attendance to give our students the best learning experience and one-on-one time with our instructors.
