Seeing all the gear in action and the hands on was very valuable for anyone who wants to set up and give it the first try on their own or make the decision to just hire a butcher. Hi Scott, thought I’d drop you a line, to thank you as well as John and Craig, for delivering an excellent training course in preparation for becoming a licensed guide. Your presentation throughout, was outstanding. Your teamwork with the other guides resulted in complete thoroughness, for covering areas of responsibility and required knowledge & expertise. That made a huge difference in our preparedness for the next steps. The reference / workbook is a valuable tool for us to own as a study aid, as well as for ongoing reference. It’s sure an advantage learning from professional guides who live what they teach and promote integrity. That will also help improve alliances with NH Fish and Game and create better sportsmen/women, as well as experiences in the field. Being a first time snowshoer and shooter, the instructor’s really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable handling a firearm. I was impressed with their emphasis on safety and their ability to simplify things. The presentation and take home learning material were professionally put together and really added to my learning experience.
